As the leader of The BainBridge Group, Kevin Dell'Oro strives for personal and business growth every day. Mr. Dell'Oro is an entrepreneur, multiple business owner, investor, and leader. For the last 20+ years he has helped business leaders drive business growth. Throughout his career he has served others by developing strategy and implementation plans that seek to capture growth opportunities. 

Prior to The BainBridge Group, Mr. Dell'Oro was a co-founder of the growth strategy firm, Springhill Consulting Group where he worked across a broad range of clients and industries (Caterpillar, Johnson & Johnson, Pepsico, and Verizon to name a few). In addition to supporting businesses within Fortune 500 companies, he has worked with countless small and medium businesses. Mr. Dell'Oro earned an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and holds a BA from Bowdoin College. He is passionate about learning and helping business leaders navigate the challenges of growing professionally and personally.
